No, the first part needs a whole lot of work...so...back to the...hm...writing board:P

I'm finding that I struggle really hard with story concepts. They like to get really complicated, and then the become overwhelming. What I need is a nice, clean concept that I can do satisfactorily in a few thousand words, then illustrate that....but, I just can't keep anything under control....eek!

I know what you mean.
I have shelved many a great idea because I can't get the story to get onto the page in a coherent form.
