Just a small request that those who visit this Forum category offer feedback on my latest captions. I'm very interested in which you liked and why.

Funny pic, but if your looking for feedback, they are getting slim these days. Sometimes I think people are moving on to other things.

All your captions are great, but I'm partial most to the ones you do with the Sneyd drawings. I guess I'm just a sucker for the women in his comics!

Yes, clblack, I agree that Sneyd has a spectacular talent for presenting the female form. He's probably my 2nd fave, after Alberto Vargas. My 3rd pick would probably be Boris Vallejo.

I enjoyed the update, and it's hard to pick a favourite, never mind coming up with reasons why one likes it, but...

Penalties: Probably my favourite. Anyone giving the tax-man a hard time is good, the new girl's outfit and hair are so over the top, that clunky handbag, the expression on the IRS guy's face, and finally the snappy caption.

Dead Fish: The pink bunny slippers. Totally surreal... And the caption is perfect for the image of unenthusiastic lovers.

Hi Lorna.... Just wanted to stop by and say how much I enjoy your work!

I've been playing around with a few recaps of my own..... Maybe someday I'll get up the guts to post a couple (If I can ever figure out how!)

Sorry, but as much as I love Boris (and Julie Bell) Vallejo, the painting you used for your recap that was posted on 21 Jan 2008 (RE: #4) was not his work. An old fan like myself spotted it right off....
the work is by Alberto Varga (a.k.a. Vargas), the old master himself. You can even spot his hack in the lower right corner of the painting if you look closely.

I still love ya, Lorna -- we ALL make misteaks!
