Your covers are always good, Jezzi. I hope you can see that for yourself. There are always going to be far more people who read and appreciate your work than are ever going to comment on it. It's the nature of our community, and the nature of the Web itself. I'm sure you know that any writer (of captions, comics, stories or whatever) ultimately has to be writing for an audience consisting first and foremost of herself. We can share our work as much as we want afterward, but that's not the important part---and any feedback we get is pure gratis.
I feel as frustrated as you do at times, but it passes. I was writing stories for my own amusement before there was an Internet, and I'd be doing it even if I had no way of sharing it. All that really matters is how you feel about your own work and, by extension, about yourself.
