Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate them. An update will be coming, I haven't dropped the project. End of year, holidays, busy at work, you know the drill. As the new year opens up I'm hoping to have a little more time to put up some more updates a little more regularly.

Regarding three new pages, added 2010.01.15--

Fascinating.

Things do not look good for Kirky-Babe. Unless she swallows her pride.

ROFLOL! Clever & funny with well done expressions. I specially liked Kirk' puffing. I think Spock & Scotty both being very Senior offers would discipline the commander & put 'Lester' elsewhere where physical strength is not a factor. Its so funny kirk is act ing so girlish over reacting with the offer of help! I can't wit for more!

I am sure though that Star Fleet command will be delighted as they're looking for any excuse to not recognize the swap.

Thanks for all the feedback on the latest update. Comics are a visual media and I had hoped in this update to use that to impart some sense of Kirk's frustration without having her spell it out in a dialogue filled scene. Hope it came across.

It did! She's not adapting very well to say the least and more important DOESN'T WANT to adapt to a weaker, and female body!

Captain Dunsel,

I had always wanted to see an expansion of the basic idea of "Turnabout Intruder." Many kudos for your fine work.

When you have fully explored the life of Janice on the ship, I'd suggest that she gets lost on an away mission, and has to depend upon her own wits, her own knowledge as Kirk, and what savvy she has picked up in her brief term as a woman. It would be useful to get her out of the structured society of the ship, were she's protected and knows how she fits in. On an alien planet she's on her own, she has to find her own niche, and she can show what sort of a person is, or might eventually become. Maybe she can meet a male castaway and it can evolve into sort of a desert island story.

A question. I have looked more than once for a source of Star Fleet uniforms of the Original Series era (primarily V4 compatable) without success. It seems like ST never licensed any. Unless you've found a modeled set of uniforms (that you might direct us to), can you tell artist wannbers the basics about how to build ST uniforms (assuming you didn't do original modeling yourself). Are there existing clothes/insignia that could be used to build uniforms of both sexes?

I don't make my own uniforms, I do make some sets and props but not clothes. For uniforms, I use ones sold through poserworld.com The textures are scrounged from around the net, I can't really recall where they came from. Sorry to the creators for that. These are available for V3, V4, and M3. I don't think they ever did one for M4.

They are not licensed, but then they aren't "star trek" uniforms, they are "space fleet officer" uniforms (wink...wink)

Great story, not just in terms of the set-up which I've long wanted to see, but also in the dialogue which is really true to the feel of the original series.
