Another great batch of recaps, femur!

One I especially liked is "Myth America," and for some reason that particular artist's work seems especially well-suited for TG recaptioning. Might just be my overactive imagination, but it seems a lot of his women have slightly (very slightly!) "mannish" attributes or posture. The feminized Donald in this one, for instance, seems to have a slight case of "man hands."

Do you know who that artist is? I can't quite make out the stylized signature - starts with an "F", I think.

An "F"? I don't think so! The name is Sneyd. Doug Sneyd. Here are a couple links with some of his beautiful art. I've always loved his stuff!

Yeah, great stuff, femur! I agree that Sneyd's stuff is the best overall, but my particular favorite this timne was 'The Fugitive', as drawn by Smilby.

The Sneyd website even has a TG cartoon for sale right now:

Extreme Makeover: "I knew you had an Extreme Makeover, but my God, Harold!? (from the February 2005 Playboy)

I didn't see any list for the prices of the artwork. I wonder how much the original goes for.

In searching for info on Doug Sneyd, I read that there is at least one cartoon in "Playboy: 50 Yearsâ??The Cartoons" (Chronicle Books ISBN 0811839761) that is TG-based. The caption reads: "That's my son, Donald, before he decided to become my daughter, Denise." I'd been thinking of buying the book anyway, but now I'll have to look specifically for that cartoon. Does anyone have the book and know who the artist is?

Also: I inquired about the cost for the original of the Doug Sneyd "Extreme Makeover" cartoon. It's $4.500-$5,000.
