Nice work on "This Time of Day," Julie. I'm sure most of us can relate.

The "Magic Hairspray" is exactly the kind of young-adult fiction I would've given anything to read when I was the right age! The only problem would've been plucking up the courage to actually BUY it...

I gotta say, the short-haired chick in "All he ever wanted" looks an awful lot like Tasha Yar (the security officer in the first season of Star Trek Next Gen), right down to the uniform. If that was the effect you were going for... well, I'm not actually sure what that might mean.
