Yes, I used to do TG-themed photomanips using an X-Acto knife and spra-mount glue, years ago.

Here, supermodel Stephanie Seymour shows off the "two-stage" business suit I invented...I remember that I really liked the (post-facto) idea that this was her stewardess uniform... Once the plane is in the air, she rushes to one of the lavatories and changes into the second version of the suit. (I couldn't decide if all the stewardesses do this or just the pretty one...)
