Hello.

I posted three new items to my group in the past month, but I'd like to draw particular attention to a major new book-style caption story: "Sins of the Mother". It involves cross-dressing with a twenty-something protagonist, a mother with self-esteem issues, trickery and hypnosis. But that doesn't really capture the flavor of the work. Here's the cover blurb:

A mother's obsession with her own youth forces a young man into the guise of a woman, into the clutches of a mysterious mentalist with his own agenda, and, inevitably, to murder.

And a very happy new year to you all. :-)

Good job, sis - quite a horror story. Does Cassie even remember she used to be Jeremy? It's mom, and Janey as accessory, who should be arrested for murder ... of their son and brother!

One of your best ever. Look forward to part 2.

Thanks, Jezzi and fleur.

This story grew out of a comment Jezzi made back in November, about a mother not having a motive for doing the feminization thing to her son. It got me thinking that, in TG fiction in general, mothers don't usually (or ever) have a good reason for doing what they do. So I tried to come up with something unique. The result is a motive that's just as selfish as the usual excuses (e.g., wanting a daughter), but at least it's different.

Regarding Part 2, I've got a rough idea of how it might go--notes only at the moment, so it's going to be awhile. If anyone has any suggestions or comments, now's the time--while the rest of the story is still taking shape in my mind. :-)

P.S. Femur take note! The spell check on this site wanted to replace "feminization" with "immunization" ("feminize" was okay). Shouldn't tgcomics.com know that word?
