2. The short lived grim and gritty Post-Modern appearance of Housewife Man, who was written without all the super powers he had had during his Silver and Bronze age adaptations to be replaced by heightened female intuition, and a pair of big honking guns.
While still referred to as Housewife Man, the second line of his motto was changed to "with the power of a 1000 women."
At the same time the lesbian aspects that were only hinted at in the Silver Age were played up (i.e. beaten into the ground,) by the 5th of the 9 issue run the identity of Dan Cole was all but ignored, while at the same time the title of the book was changed to "The Champion of Hera."
