This is the third thread of mine with general comic book re-captions (where I've keep the same title as the original comic book). The previous threads are:

#1: Some recaps from Socal Secrets
#2: More recaps from SoCal Secrets

I've also started a few special topic threads with comic book recaps:

An Archie recap
The Close Shaves of Paulie Peril
Horror and occult recaps
Comic book covers with photos

-----

I have done some comic book modifications where I've created new titles for the comic books. Those are in a different series of threads:

#1: A couple of retitles
#2: More comic book re-titles

I have also created a few special purpose threads with comic book re-titles:

Halloween Secrets
Gender Wars, Part Deux
The Turnabout Club
Confessions of a Crossdresser

Here is a new comic book recap: Our Love Story (Marvel, 1969) #11. The cover art is by John Buscema. The GCD database description says that except for the cover story (drawn by John Romita), all the other stories in this comic book are reprints.

The "Our Love Story" comic books has already been well mined for other TG-themed mods, so I was surprised that this one hadn't been used before. (I think that at least five of the covers (out of 37 issues) have already been recaped. The ratio is actually greater than 5/37, since several covers were reused.)

In keeping with the minimalist approach that I've used with some of my most recent modifications, the only thing I changed (besides some general cover cleanup, plus the TGC Comics Group and ACA logos), is "...The tale of a boy-- a girl--..." to "...The tale of a boy-girl--..."
The tale of a boy-girl...
The tale of a boy-girl...

If your approach is minimalist, I suppose mine would be "maximal" (Hey, if President Harding could create "normalcy" ... :-) Anyway, I'll include this with Vaingirls #96-100 later, but I thought I'd post it here now to show my take on this cover.

I can't help noticing yours is more expensive, too, Jezzi! Hey, we T-Fans are on a budget! Every dime counts!
