I actually created the character of T-Gurl (powered by Testrogen) in my mind about ten years ago before Halloween 1999. I intended to go to a party dressed as her and then incorporate her into my show. I had her costume barely started, though, when I got sick. I missed Halloween and never had a chance to finish her for my show. I regret that, and this cover is my tribute to "what might have been!".
