#516 - I know it dates me, but I actually remember cigarette girls in clubs and girls smoking unfiltered Camels right along with the boys. (I actually did walk a mile for a Camel, as they were a dime cheaper a pack off campus. I shredded the butts into a jar and smoked a pipe when I couldn't afford the 25 cents for a pack. :-)
#517 - I thought of making this a run of the mill "How will I tell him I'm a boy?" cover, but I wanted a twist.
#518 - A friend of mine recently mentioned actually having pheasant under glass for dinner at a restaurant, and I immediately thought of the Hof M cover, which I'd had for awhile. I think the comma after Wilhelmina is a nice touch.
#519 - The expression on the blonde's face got me, and I thought, "What would be a reading a real girl would want to hear that an unwilling changed man, particularly a mysoginist womanizer, would be horrified at?"
#520 - This was inspired by the spell used in Tigger's "A Change of Direction"; it's at Crystal's site

Note 2 out of the 5 of this batch are magic stories; maybe I'm loosening up a bit. Can superheroes be far behind? :-)

I really like "Wifed" (#219). The story fits the image pefectly, and it's nicely told in dialogue.
