Cathy's sister is nicer than Breanna's (Vg #469), she intervened, and no film! :-)

Ooops! I didn't realise that you'd not only already used the cover, but that I'd also basically come up with the same idea! :(

I thought it looked familiar.

I was determined to avoid cluttering this one up with text, but does it get the story over? Comments?

Here's mine from way back when - VG#28. Much more wordy than yours, sis, but, while same basic idea, I added an unseen 3rd party.

It's one of the worries composers, writers playwrights go through. you hear, see read something and later inadvertently plagiarise it. Looking at how many times some covers are recapped here, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often so don't be hard on yourself.
I feel it would be nice though if the person who did the inadvertent plagiarising was told more discretely, to save them embarrassment.
Getting back to AndiJF's request for a comment, I like it anyway, very subtle.
Jezzi, I can't see the unseen third party!!! **LOL*

Sorry if I offended, I didn't mean my post to be a slam. I just thought it was neat that we had indefemdantly come up with similar treatments. Andi and I are sorority sisters, so I don't think it's surprising that we sometimes think alike. I owe Andi a lot; I started out as a total big haired fringy dressed sparklies covered showgirl and it was Andi who showed me the very feminine ladylike pleasure of a nice skirt suited office look.

Jezzi I'm sure you didn' intend it as a 'slam', I wasn't suggesting you did. I have noticed that there seems to be a limited amount of comic covers that are decent enough and appropriate enough to be used so it is likely that someone will be using one that has been used before, I have a few that have been used before and I have seen covers I found being used by someone else, the nature of the beast.

After a long dry spell, Transvestite Tragedy No. 40 hits the stands. I'm not sure how well this works, so comments please! The obvious option with this cover would be for the girl in green to be the feminized and age-regressed husband or something, but that has been so done...

Hey, Andi, I like it! In general, anything that puts a new spin on an old situation is good. Keep pushing those boundaries. :-)
