Out of the archives they came ...
466 - Heart Throbs comics
467 - DELETED
468 - My Romantic Adventures comics
469 - Romantic Love comics
470 - Ben-Hur Baz's pin-up drawing for a 1947 issue of "Esquire" magazine

#466 - It's often said that naturalized citizens make betters citizens than born ones because they want to be citizens, work to become citizens, and don't take citizenship for granted. The same could be said for transwomen.
#467 - Deleted by creator to comply with site policy.
#468 - The expressions on the seated passengers' faces that inspired this one, though it would have helped if the girl had been drawn a bit less passable. I don't think the original cover text really made good use of their expressions.
#469 - Again it was the expressions on the girls faces that inspired this one, especially the girl in the foreground, along with her body language - both are just so "Oh. my, whatever will I do?!" girlish.
#470 - Sorry to all you John Wayne fans. It wasn't finding out JW's real name was Marion Morrison that destroyed his macho image for me so much as finding out that he drank his coffee with mega-doses of cream AND sugar! :-)

As a naturalised citizen myself, I'd better not comment on "Girls RULE!"...

"Clouded Vision" is good, and reminds me of my own "Open Secret". "Swoon To Be A Girl" is very good use of the cover.
