I guess I'm forced to tell you where these came from.
441 - Off Beat Detective Stories
442 - Candy comics
443 - Romantic Love comics
444 - Sailor Moon comics
445 - My Own Romance comics
I didn't realize till I finished all five of these and viewed them together that they all involve forced femme. Where does that come from in me? I don't know; on a conscious level. I am totally against forced femme. Oh, well.
#441 - Women have known for a long time that a high heeled shoe, especially a stiletto, makes a good weapon and can be used in a variety of ways on, as in this cover, or off, as in VG #327. I also have written a story where heels are used as a weapon, but to give life rather than take it: "Holly Daze and the Deadline Stakeout"; you can read it at
http://JezziStewart.deviantart.com/art/Holly-Daze- 108272587#442 - I was actually in my high school's Senior Mens' Fashion Show. Our head cheerleader had the same last name as me and so I was dressed by my senior girl as a cheerleader. Unfortunately it was caricature drag - combat boots, basketball boobs, yarn hair, etc. and I looked HORRIBLE. I blame the SMFS for me not dressing again till my 50's.
#443 - Stone walls do not a prison make, nor iron bars a cage.
#444 - I am a Sailor Moon fan. As Miss Jezzi Belle in my one woman show, one of the characters I made up was Sailor Belle, loosely based on Sailor Moon. There is a web comic that blends Sailor Moon and Ranma 1/2, another favorite of mine, called Sailor Ranko; you can find it at
