Two faces have I

It's the post Civil War American frontier - the "Old West". Those who frequent The Faux Filly are almost all male, but on any given night half are in very convincing drag. Who are in drag and who are not varies, as almost all the regular patrons have two equal personas. In the case of our protagonists, when Barbara Jo is present, it is Ben leading "her" in the dance; When Bobbie Sue is present, it is Bart pulling out "her" chair. Same sex presenting couples are discouraged. Genetic females are welcomed, but there aren't very many around - which is why The Faux Filly exists in the first place. For those who do come inside, it is considered bad form to advertise their genetic status. Gurls and Girls are treated alike as ladies, and those presenting as men are expected to act like gentlemen.
