An attempt of a vintage ad

I love vintage advertising from the 40s, 50s and 60s.

I have tried an attempt on hosiery advertising with those lovely nylons and those great sandals.

And as always...critics, please!

Gorgeous pics in the first place, great subtlety in the second, well done,

I missed these when they first appeared. I like the images and, to echo everyone else, your sense of design is terrific.

The only negative I can see: the script text on the first ad was hard to read. Maybe a different (or larger) font, or maybe just needs higher resolution.

Excellent copywriting, selection of font, and selection of picture. These look like scans of long-ago real ads.

I hate to disagree with Amanda, but I had no trouble reading either ad.
