And here's 1974-1980. Now I'll start makeup posting over to the new site.

1974 - Let Boygones Be Boygones

Original: Diary Secrets comics, #21

In regard to a return to manhood, to paraphrase Carole King:

And it's too late, baby, now it's too late
Though you might really try to make it
Something inside has died and you can't hide
And you just can't fake it

1975 - Shezamed, Shemaled, And Superized

Original: Amethyst, Princess Of Gemworld comics, #1

Origin: One day Sam played the wrong - or would it ultimately turn out to be the right - on line game!

1976 - No Miss-Understanding

Original: An illustration from a 1912 issue of Ladies’ Home Journal magazine

Dress like a woman, fine; act like a woman, fine; speak like a woman, fine; think like a woman, never!

As soon as I saw this original, I knew how to involve all the characters. (The one nephew is really speaking for both of them.)

1977 - Age Before Beauty?

Original: G.I. Sweethearts comics, #43

Another sibling rivalry issue.

1978 - When The Sleepers Wake ...

Original: Paperback book cover: “Dead Babes In The Woods” by D. B. Olsen, Dell Books #784

I’ll say it once again: Kipling was right. Of course most of us would think the girls did our hapless males a favor

1979 - Material Gurl

Original: Another from Lorna, no number given. Thanks yet again, sis.

A true believer ... when on commission.

1980 - Bonding Brothers

Original: No information given

Another sibling bonding issue

I have 1981-2000 done, so I will be posting them here over three days, 7, 7, and 6, and also trying to post up to 2000 on the new site.
Here's 1981 - 1987

1981 - Carpe Diem

Original: No info given - I believe both are 1950’s movie stills

It was the two pictures together that gave me the idea. I believe they were taken one right after the other. In the first the woman looks like she’s looking back, having second thoughts and in the second she’s forging ahead. I just gave the two together a TG Cinderella twist.

1982 - Ultimatum

Original: Brides In Love comics, #40

In the original, the brunette is the primary character and the blonde is supposed to be seducing her husband. Well, I’ve had my wife looking at me like that, fortunately seldom, for when she did she was telling me rather forcefully the way things were going to be and the way she was doing it let me know without words that I would NOT be a happy camper if I ignored her wishes.

1983 - Devil Or Angel?

Original: The main pic is a Silvikrin Shampoo ad from “Australian Women’s Weekly” magazine, April 4, 1958. no info given about the blonde male head and the crying gurls; the Redhead was originally Dilton Doiley from Archie publications.

I wonder what the artist was thinking, also the Silvikrin executive who approved the ad. To me the brunette certainly doesn’t look like she’s talking about hair, and the blonde’s evil smile makes her look like she’s plotting something deliciously evil in the way of revenge for some poor soul. The ad certainly would not inspire me to buy Sivikrin shampoo.

1984 - Graveyard Players

Original: Evil Ernie comics, #2

I was walking through the graveyard late last night
When my eyes beheld an eerie sight.
The dead from their graves began to arise,
And suddenly to my surprise
They did the play.
They did that Hamlet play ...

1985 - To Be Or Not To Be

Original: Teen-Age Love comics, #41

To exercise my right to the pursuit of happiness means I am responsible for deciding what course of actions will result in that happiness, no one else, otherwise it is not my right.

1986 - AutoFemmed
http://fictionmania.tv/stories/readtextstory.html?storyID=302670476450058544

Original: no info given. I got this, with permission, from either Helen B or JulieO, I can’t remember which. Whoever, thanks.

This story could be the F to M version of Julie’s story, “The Women’s Conference”, with a girl persuaded by her girlfriends to sneak into the drive in disguised as a boy to find out what goes on during Boys Only Night. Julie’s story is at Fictionmania, link provided.

1987 - The Hand That Rocks The Cradle Rules.

Original: The Chap magazine, Oct./Nov., 2013. No info about the small pic.

Here's 1988-1994!

1988 - Filling the Void

Original: Graphic novel, “The Story of my Life” by Helen Keller, no publication data given

Here I’m taking the nurture side of the nature vs. nurture debate.

1989 - Envy

Original: Torchy comics, #16

Follow me; be a she.

1990 - Waiting For The Girls

Original: photo for a magazine story, “Love Transcends A Storm”, no other info given. My guess would be early to mid 1930’s

“She” probably does the “We must, we must, we must increase our busts!” exercises, too.

FEMMONES, The eight ways, in order of appearance: (1) smoother blemish-free skin (2) less and finer body hair, no facial hair (3) healthier, thicker, faster growing head hair (4) a more emotional personality and female way of thinking - sexual orientation may or may not change (5) diminishing muscle mass and a layer of fat under the skin for a sleeker look (6) redistribution of body fat resulting in larger hips and a shapelier bottom and a narrower waist (7) the ability to have a more female sounding voice - actual female voice requires effort (8) development of female breasts - size dependent on genetics

1991 - Second Birth

Original: Giant Comics Editions: Romances, #15

This is a bit more serious cover, though the year I wrote probably goes smoother than for most transitioning T-girls in real life.

RE Ginger Rogers / feminine dancing: backwards and in high heels (unlike Fred Astair)

1992 - High Heeled Hoofers

Original: California Girls comics, #6

I had to be a chorus gurl for a show I was in a number of years ago, and preparing was hard work - especially as I am the poster child for the “two left feet” stereotype whether drab or enfemme. Dancing is definitely NOT for sissies!

1993 - Sibling Sabotage

Original: Love Romances comics, #106

“My Sister, My Enemy” was the title of the main story in the original also. The only thing I changed in the pink banner was the name of the sister - Liz in the original.

1994 - Dead Ringer

Original: Crime And Punishment comics, #74

If you can think of how to carry off this story, please write it. I haven’t a clue.

And finally, here's 1995-2000!

1995 - Oops!

Original: Teen-Age Temptations comics, #7

Other titles I thought of for this were “Bad timing” and “Discovery Disaster”.

1996 - Part Time Lady

Original: no info given. I suspect a movie still from the mid 1930’s

My guess is that when Lady Violet’s maid Sophie appears she will bear a strong resemblance to Rogers

1997 - The Good Evil Sisters

Original: no info given

As I don’t really follow anime, these three could be really well known characters, but if so, I don’t know them. If you do, let me know. Anyway, they appeared to me to be either evil sisters out to embarrass and humiliate their brother or concerned but fed up sisters acting out of tough love. The story could be written either way.

1998 - Best Served Femme II

Original: Patsy Walker comics, #108

Covers featuring Patsy Walker are my favorites; I think I’ve used around 75% of them. This is “II” because I think I’ve used “Best Served Femme”. I might be wrong, but I’m not going to wade through all the back issues to find out.

1999 - Compliments To The Chef

Original: Strange Worlds comics, #5

“Eat Your Local Earth Gurl” ... Or in this case, Eat your local Zipdorkian male.

2000 - Veggie TGtales

Original: No info given, but I think it’s from an ad in an issue of “Australian Women’s Weekly” magazine from the late 1950’s

This original was originally set aside for my new “HoneyHubbies Comics” series, but since no one commented on the prototype I posted at the forum, I decided to use it for a regular VGC cover.

NEW BEGINNINGS! Here's 2001-2005
I'm currently posting 1801-2000 to the new site.

2001 - Evil Overcome
http://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/book/3365/warrior-from-batuk

Original: Conan The Barbarian comics, #159

Sometimes it’s a challenge to take a secondary character on the original cover and make him or her the primary one on the modification, as I have done here.

This one was inspired by Aardvark’s long story, “The Warrior From Batuk” available on BCTS; I heartily recommend it. Link provided.

2002 - School Daze
http://fictionmania.tv/stories/readtextstory.html?storyID=330716588918059132

Original: The Australian Women’s Weekly magazine: Teenagers Weekly supplement, August 7, 1963

This one was inspired by JulieO’s very long three part story, “The Scholarship”, available at Fictionmania. It’s rated XXX, for one really brutal rape scene, but for the other 99% of the story it doesn’t, in my opinion, deserve it; this is definitely not a sexfest. I heartily recommend it. Link to part I provided.

2003 - Ring Of Broken Dreams

Original: Girls’ Love Stories comics, #42

So sad to watch good love go bad: An increasingly feminine Michelle was working so hard for so long to get the ring so that Mike could propose to Honey, but while doing so, an increasingly effeminate Mike (both thanks to Mrs. Gaines) neglected and disgusted Honey turning her back to her former love.

2004 - PETticoat Princess

Original: No info given

The collective goal of all the women in the town - Becky had gotten around with her version of the breakup first and very convincingly - was to turn Mike into a caricature of femininity, girlier than any real girl would dress, speak, or act, so all would see him as the sissy they were creating him to be. In my Pollyanna version, Michelle will realize what a poor excuse for a man Mike had been, accept the punishment, and go beyond it, trying to be a good girl and good little sister to Becky. Once they see Mike is gone, all the ladies, especially Becky, come to love Michelle. Disney will snap up the film rights!

2005 - Forced Into Loneliness

Original: Dear Lonely Hearts comics, #8, 1953 series

The original had this in the yellow box: “GIRLS! Are you having love problems? My love advice in this issue may be the answer you are seeking." Along with Mildred Norton’s name and face, I kept the basic premiss, simply making it her story and giving it a TG twist.

Here's 2006-2010

2006 - Making The Best Of It

Original: No info. Silent movie still, I think.

You know the saying, “If life hands you lemons, make lemonade.”? Well, if life hands you femininity, make feminade!

2007 - Healthy Changes

Original: Dear Lonely Heart comics, #7, 1951 series

A happy and healthy Barbara, A happy Bob, poor Doris, who had schemed to get the job as Bob’s new PA - plus perhaps her Mrs. degree. You can’t please everyone.

2008 - Happy Gurl Stories

Originals: Art by Pierre Brissaud in a 1914 issue of “Gazette du Bon Ton” no title given for the top. The bottom is titled 'L'indiscrete, Robes de garden-party de Cheruit'.

As soon as I saw these the story for each popped into my head, and each of them was of a size that enabled me to try something new in the layout (after 2000!) the comic name and info in the middle.

2009 - Unsuccessful Savior

Original: My Love comics, #29

Once again a nice guy disguised as a girl finishes last and no good deed goes unpunished.

2010 - Mercenary Cupid

Original: Woman’s World magazine, February, 1916

When I saw this original it occurred to me that the girl could just as easily be seen as pushing the offered valentine away rather than as accepting it; that's what inspired this one.

It’s always nice if you can find a silver lining to a punishment. In Milts case it’s literal: twenty silver dollars. In Millie’s case it’s a new gown and makeover, and for both it’s a touch of revenge as the obnoxious Greg is forced to dip into his wallet far beyond forty dollars.

Here's 2011-2015

2011 - The Gravity Of The Situation

Original: Collier’s magazine, June 13, 1953

I imagine almost every girl, whether genetic or TS, at some point does the “Bust” chant and exercises.

2012 - Dead In The Night

Original: Cover art by Gouache On Board for “The Dream Walker” by Charlotte Armstrong. 1/2 of Ace paperback double Mystery
#G-526, 1963

What dreams may come when we have shuffuled off this male coil?

2013 - Motivational Movies

Original: Ernie comics, #24, Ace Magazines 1948 series. (There are other completely different Ernie series by different publishers, all decades later)

A girl wanting her boyfriend to be just like her favorite male film hero is normal ... isn’t it?

2014 - Gem Girls

Original: My Love Secret comics, #29

My tribute to The Medallion of Zulo and other such transformational jewelry. Thanks to Jennifer Adams for Altered fates.

Here's 2016-2020 I'm posting 2001-2020 to the new site.

2016 - In The Deep End

Original: Teen-Age Temptations comics, #6

Nietzsche would be proud.

2017 - All For Love

Original: No info given

I’ve sat through my granddaughter giving me a “princess hairdo”. She has no knowledge of Jezzi. My wife, who does, was the only one who knew I wasn’t just being a good sport.

2018 - TV Time

Original: My Little Margie comics, #10

If you remember Gale Storm and Charles Farrell in “My Little Margie”, you’re probably as old as I am.

2019 - Ice Cream Dreams

Original: The Saturday Evening Post magazine, July 29, 1944

“...you're the joke of the neighborhood, why should you care if you're feeling good?
Take the long way home, take the long way home”
from “Take The Long Way Home”, Supertramp
HE would have been the joke of the neighborhood, so SHE took the long way home, feeling good!

2020 - Squeeze Play
http://fictionmania.tv/stories/readtextstory.html?storyID=130529106789115541

Original: No info given, but I believe it is part of an ad for corsets, probably from the ‘20’s by the clothing style.

This was inspired by Bea's story, "Changing of the Guard"; it's at Fictionmania. Bea's stories fadcinate me; I can't decide whether I love them or hate them, but I always end up reading them. I've included the link for this one.

Here's 2021-2025. All of these were done from my stock of old black and white photos. Maybe the next five, too; I'm trying to use them up.

2021 - Funny Gurl
http://fictionmania.tv/stories/readtextstory.html?storyID=29738609872411218

Original: No info given

The expressions on the girls faces, especially the ones on your far left, far right, and second from far right, along with her crazy outfit and one glove, immediately made me think of Vickie Tern’s story “Second Hand Rose”. All that inspired this cover. I have a sort of love/hate attraction to Vickie’s stories: I usually hate her characters’ behavior, and she uses way too much sex for my liking, but, damn, she’s good at what she writes! Anyway, I’m including a link to “Second Hand Rose”, one of her earliest and best, I think.

2022 - Sea Change

Original: No info given

The girl in the foreground’s body language inspired this one. Also, a tip of the wig to all the stories where the hero(ine)’s living space is feminized along with him.

2023 - Aging and Old Lace

Original: No info given

The lady on your left reminds me of me when I’m just being Jezzi Belle Stewart, not show biz Miss Jezzi Belle. She looks like a plus size retired gal, and so am I. Contributor Andi Foster, a sorority sister of mine and very much a lady, long ago turned me on to “The office lady look”, and skirt suits are my favorite to wear.

2024 - Offering The Feminine Choice

Original: No info given

When I created Q T Pi, I meant it as a sort of joke, a play on words, but the more Q T Pi covers I’ve done, the more I’ve come to take the idea of a sorority based on gender rather than sex seriously. While I don’t think it would be called Q T Pi, in this day and age I could see such a sorority made up of both G-girls and T-gurls, united in femininity, actually being instituted on a real life college campus.

2025 - Mother Knows Best

Originals: These four pics all came from one of the Maritess Concepcion Hair_Accessories sites

Just a warning (or promise) to you, boys, of what could happen* if Momma REALLY isn’t happy!

M is for the makeup you put on me

O is for my outfits ultra girly

T is for my toes and fingernails polished

H is for my hair done up in curls

E is for the estrogen you slipped me

R is for replacing “M” with “F”

Put them all together they spell mother, as usual doing what she thinks is best!

Here's 2026-2030. After these, no more photos for awhile.
The inspiration for all of these (and for most of my covers) was the body language and expressions of the people in the original reminding me of TGfiction stories I've read. Only occasionally can I remember the titles and/or authors. When I do, I usually leave a link.

2026 - Pushed To Be Pretty

Original: No info given

Outside of TGfiction Land: Give him a towel and a book and let him sit in a room till his clothes were cleaned and dried.

In TGfiction land: Why a total girly makeover, of course, because, “You’ll look funny if we just throw this dress over your head.”

2027 - Yes To The Dress

Original: No info given

Diamonds are nice, but a grammy is a gurl’s best friend!

2028 - It Takes A Village

Original: No info given

Hillary should have done this to Bill!

2029 - Femmacho

Original: No info given

Face it, guys or gurls, they’re smarter than you are. I predict a Saturday night visit coming soon.

2030 - Night Of The Living Doll

Original: No info given

Here are 2031-2035. For 2031-2040, I'm switching from photos to using non-comic cover graphics for my VG covers. VG2041+ will be a mixture including comic covers again.

2031 - Thinking Outside The Hat Box

Original: Good Housekeeping magazine, January, 1952

Is he upset? That “Hmmm?” seems somewhat ambiguous.

2032 - FairyFemmed

Original: Kayser Dondor silk/nylon stockings ad from a late ‘50’s issue of Australian Women’s Weekly magazine.

Blame William Shakespeare and Walt Disney for this one. I watched Midsummer Night’s Dream a week or so ago and Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure with my granddaughter a few days later.

2033 - Pandora’s Suitcase

Original: No info given

This is for all the writers of The Wrong and/or Magic Suitcase, box, etc. stories.

2034 - Oh, Those Daddyless Days!

Original: Agee Pyrex kitchenware ad from a late ‘50’s issue of Australian Women’s Weekly magazine

Think Mom has a hidden agenda here? Or is it Tommy/Tammy? Either one, the other’s seem to heartily agree with it.

2035 - The Perfect Gift

Original: Ranch Romances magazine (Canadian), second December issue, 1937

Here's 2036-2040. 2021-2040 have already been posted on the main site.

2036 - Shorn Sistur

Original: Simplicity sewing pattern #1146 envelope (1953)

It was the body language and expressions of all three girls plus the short hair of the red-skirted girl that suggested this one. And, hey, the kid looks old enough to know it's not wise to try and thwart mother.

2037 - Sister vs. Sistur
http://tgcaps.com/tgc/modpanels/lorna-panels/LornaToons01/LToon+024+GWave+-+Model+Asp irations+%5Boriginal+art+by+Doug+Sneyd%5D.jpg

Sorry, sis, Non-genetic girls try harder!

2038 - Femininity Forever

Original: Victorian fashion plate, no other info

HE'S outvoted; the only question is will SHE make it unanimous.

2039 - Hell's Belles

Original: Paperback book cover, "Spoiled Lives" by Pierre Flammeche, Archer Books (Australia)

Not a thing was done to the three men's brains, but physically they were made totally heterosexual female nymphomaniacs by the lady they had "done wrong"!
