Hey gang, more additions to the modified graphics.  Now in addition to Raven Films (movie posters) I've added TGT Network for some TV shows, Family TG style.

The next 10-set has been added to MISH MASH #3, with the usual variety of images.

A Special Note:  The contributors here have a wide range of tastes, tools, and talents, but we all share the same passion for re-interpreting images with a TG perspective.  So I was honored when Jezzi asked to re-use a couple of my re-capped images and give them her unique Vaingirls twist (#712, #719). Despite the repetition, our takes are vastly different (mine: A, B), which is the beauty of this..."genre". <Luv ya Jezzi>

The covers for issues 721 - 730 are up. Andi, Janet, and Vickie, cover 721 is for you; love ya all! A special thanks to Femur who has been very patient with me dealing with posting difficulties.

We've made a new category on the site.  Modified Graphics.  This area is meant to be for ads, articles, magazine covers, anything with a strong graphic design element that isn't cartoon or comic-related. 

To kick off this new section, JulieO has become a contributing member of TGCaps and will be posting some of her graphics that she's been kind enough to share with us in recent days on the Forum. 

I've also moved some other images that fit best into this category -- Bill Hart's SPAM Email Recaps, some of Imelda Marcuse's work, an EvaGrubbFan post that was just made on the Forum, etc.

I've been having tons of fun with a variety of images, so it's been a productive time recently. Panels 41-50 have been added to complete Mish Mash #2 (50 each).  MM#3 will be opening soon (for those who care).

If you're reading this message, you're at the new version of TGCaps.  We're on new servers, so things wil (hopefully) be a little zippier. 

The biggest change is to the TGCap Forum.  It has been MERGED with the TGComics Forum.  They're on different sites, but they're running off the same database.  That means every member of the TGComics Forum is automatically a member of the TGCaps Forum. 

I've moved all "modified" and "capped" related posts on the TGComics Forum to the TGCaps Forum.  So if you're missing a post there, you can find it here.

I also reorganized the Forum Categories here a bit.  Hope they make sense.

I've put in better navigation between the two sites (and more specifically, the two forums).  You can go to the TGComics Forum from any page of the TGCaps Forum using the button on the upper right of the forum.  And you can go to TGComics in general using the button on the far right of the menu bar on any page of TGCaps.  TGComics will have these same navigation buttons to TGCaps (should be up later today).

Couple more things -- since the databases are combined, you will see the SAME private messages when you are on either site.  You will see the same polls on either site.  I've copied over all the avatars from TGComics, but you can have different avatars on the different sites if you so choose.

Also, if you had a separate password for the TGCaps Forum, you should now use your TGComics Forum password instead.

Finally, you do need to log in separately to each site (same username and password for both).  No getting around that.  All registration and password or email changes must be done on TGComics.
