I don't think sissiness is limited by sex or gender. To me, the essence of sissiness is submissiveness and an outlandish parody of femininity rooted in humiliation and embarrassment. One could be made to look like a sissy, but would not be one if he or she refused to be/act humiliated or embarrassed. If someone tried to sissify me, as an actor I would simply turn it into a show and get people laughing with me instead of at me.
