Such a tease!

Original: One of Ben-Hur Baz's early works, very different from his usual work. Titled "Through the Ceiling", it was done for Woman's Home Companion magazine in 1930.

This cover was inspired by the story "Surprise Surprise" by my dear sorority sis, Janet Stickney; it's at Crystal's StorySite. (I added in the brother.)
